The Nox dimension is an a parallel dimension that coexists with the mortal world. It is the birthplace and usual home of nox monsters. It is also the present home of the vyrmm. Entities can only exist in one of the two dimensions at a time, and crossing the barrier between the two requires vast amounts of strength.
While the nox are in this dimension, the vyrmm fight them to the death. The Nox dimension is the opposite of the mortal world- at night in the mortal world, the Nox dimension is experiencing daytime. It is then that the nox retreat to the mortal realm to wreak havoc. The vyrmm, however, stay behind to recover and recharge for the battle once the nox return. They simply do not have the strength to constantly pursue the nox across dimensions to constantly fight them.
Humans have never witnessed the Nox dimension, though an elite class of magicians have the ability to pull creatures between dimensions at the cost of their own energy. The existence of the dimension itself has never actually been proven, but simply go off of the words of the vyrmm from hundreds of years ago. It is theorized that these magicians simply use manifestation magic, and aren't actually summoning.
