why.is.everyone.so.separated?

Much like the goddess sisters disagreed at first, the humans came to appreciate vastly different things after magic was introduced by the vyrmm. Those who could use magic tended to stick together, and stay away from those who preferred weaponry. Tension grew as verbal disputes turned to all-out brawls. Though they had many different talents, the humans never agreed with each other. Emotions of hate against one another appeared for the first time, and from these harsh feelings, the first Nox were born.

The vyrmm were peace-loving creatures of few talents. However, they had excellent synergy, and with their united strength they were able to vanquish the Nox as they came to be.  Vrymm were seen as heroes in this respect, but the individualistic humans continued to fight, ignoring that the vyrmm's power had come from teamwork. Nox began to spawn in exponentially greater numbers by the day. Eventually their numbers overwhelmed the vyrmm, and on the day that the first world war erupted, they left the mortal dimension altogether.

After the short-lived war, things seemed to turn for the better. The humans realized they had a common enemy- the Nox, and in this shared interest they found a superficial peace. However, there is still some ill-will in their hearts, and from these hidden emotions the Nox continue to be born.

This was the course of history for humans, creation of diversity, and vyrmm, creation of unity.
